MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI – The Muskegon County Road Commission (MCRC) announces the following road work scheduled for the week of July 7, 2025. All work is weather dependent and subject to change. Please drive with caution through work zones and watch for crews and equipment.

Shoulder Patching

• Shoulder patching at various locations throughout the county

Crack Pouring

• River Road – select sections

• Walsh Road – Water Street to Fruitvale Road

• Various roads in Dalton and Cedar Creek Townships

Dura Patching

• Local roads in Whitehall Township

• Various roads in Muskegon Township north of the river

Chip Seal

• Dangl Road – North of M-46 to MacArthur

• Marquette Avenue – Dangl to Sheridan

Ditching

• Blue Lake Road – ditching operations underway

Gravel Upgrade

• Laketon Road – Moorland to Ravenna

Miscellaneous

• Ongoing shoulder patching

• Pothole filling as requested
